General provisions
The website kernex.md is owned and operated by KERNEXIT S.R.L. (IDNO 1026023040248), Chișinău, Republic of Moldova — hereinafter “KERNEX”, “we”. The same operator runs our product platforms: datero.md, kxestate.md and klaro.md.
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders for KERNEX products and services placed through kernex.md or the product platforms, and to any online payment made to KERNEXIT S.R.L. By placing an order, signing a contract or ticking the acceptance box at checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and accept these terms.
The relationship between KERNEX and the customer is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova: the Civil Code, Law no. 284/2004 on electronic commerce, Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection (for customers who are natural persons) and Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are published on this page; customers with an active subscription are notified by e-mail at least 14 days before material changes. Orders already paid remain under the terms in force on the payment date.
Products and services
KERNEX sells two categories: software products (SaaS) and media, software and design services.
- Datero.md — a data platform on companies registered in the Republic of Moldova: search, registration data, financial statements, scoring, API. Sold as a subscription (plans published at datero.md/en/pricing), in Moldovan lei.
- KX Estate (kxestate.md) — a SaaS system for managing commercial real estate: properties, lease contracts, payments, meters, tickets, documents. Sold as a monthly or annual subscription per organisation; plans are published at kxestate.md.
- Klaro (klaro.md) — sales analytics for retail and HoReCa built on POS and 1C data, installed on the customer's own infrastructure. Delivered under a commercial offer and a contract.
- KERNEX Media, KERNEX IT and KERNEX Design services — marketing and content production, software development and AI integrations, visual identity and UI/UX. The scope, stages, timeline and price of each project are set in the commercial offer and the contract; the services are described on the Services pages.
System requirements for the SaaS products: a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge — current or previous version), JavaScript enabled and an internet connection. No installation is needed. For Klaro, the requirements for the customer's infrastructure are specified in the commercial offer.
Displayed prices are final and include all applicable taxes. Prices for custom services are individual and are communicated in the offer before any payment.
Personal data protection
We process personal data in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection. Controller: KERNEXIT S.R.L.
To process orders we collect only what is necessary: name, e-mail, phone, company name and billing details, the order contents and the payment history. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and our legal obligations (accounting and tax records).
Bank card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are entered only on the secure page of the acquiring bank (maib) and never reach KERNEX; we receive only the payment confirmation, the amount and a transaction identifier.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for the processors needed to fulfil the order (the acquiring bank, the transactional e-mail service, hosting) and the cases required by law. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPDCP. Send requests to hello@kernex.md.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set only after you press “Accept” in the consent banner; the choice can be withdrawn at any time.

Placing an order and payment options
An order for a SaaS product is placed from the user account on the product platform (for example datero.md): choose the plan and period, check the amount and tick the box accepting the Terms & Conditions — without it the online payment cannot be started. An order for a service is placed through the contact form or by e-mail; once the scope is agreed you receive the commercial offer, the contract and the invoice.
Payment options:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — online, through the maib e-Commerce service of BC “Maib” S.A. You are redirected to the bank's secure page, where you enter the card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC code and cardholder name; the transaction is protected by 3-D Secure. Card payments are processed in Moldovan lei (MDL); if the card currency differs, the conversion is made at the issuing bank's rate.
- Bank transfer — against the invoice issued by KERNEXIT S.R.L., using the bank details stated in the document. Transfer fees are borne by the payer.
Once the payment is confirmed you receive an e-mail confirmation with the order number, the merchant name (KERNEXIT S.R.L.) and the platform, the amount and currency, the payment date and the order description, and the return page on the platform shows the order number, amount and date. An invoice is issued for every payment and stays available in the account or is sent by e-mail.
If a price is expressed in a currency other than MDL, the amount payable in lei is calculated at the official rate of the National Bank of Moldova on the day the invoice is issued, unless the offer states otherwise.
Delivery terms
Our products and services are digital; there is no physical delivery and the delivery cost is zero.
- SaaS subscriptions (Datero.md, KX Estate): access to the paid plan is activated in the account automatically right after the card payment is confirmed (usually within seconds) or on the day the bank transfer is received. The subscription period runs from the activation date.
- Klaro: installation on the customer's infrastructure and go-live take place within the timeline set in the contract.
- Services (media, software, design): deliverables are handed over electronically — files, access to repositories, accounts and systems — in stages, following the schedule in the contract. Each stage is closed with an acceptance act signed by both parties (including by electronic signature).
If a deadline cannot be met for objective reasons, we inform the customer before it expires and agree on a new one. Support: hello@kernex.md, we reply within 24 working hours.
Refund policy
Because the products are digital and activate immediately, the right of return applies as follows:
- SaaS subscriptions — full refund on request within 14 days of payment if the paid features have not been used in that period (the detailed rules for each product are in the terms of the respective platform).
- Custom services — the advance is refunded in full if the work has not started; after the work starts, the difference between the amount paid and the value of the accepted stages is refunded, as set in the contract.
- Payments made in error (duplicate or wrong amount) — full refund.
Refunds are made only to the card or bank account the payment came from, within 10 working days of approving the request; the crediting time depends on the issuing bank. Send refund requests to hello@kernex.md or +373 68 508 886 with the order number and the reason; we reply within 3 working days.
Customers who are natural persons additionally have the rights provided by Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection.
Liability, governing law and disputes
The products are provided “as is”; we make reasonable efforts to keep them running without interruption and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee the absence of maintenance windows or infrastructure failures. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability towards a customer is limited to the amount they paid in the last 12 months.
Disputes are first resolved amicably; failing agreement, the courts of Chișinău municipality, Republic of Moldova, have jurisdiction.
