The phone doesn't hear anything
Check that BZZZ! has microphone access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Speak toward the bottom of the phone and keep it within arm's length of the person explaining.

The judge buzzed by mistake
Tap “JUDGE WRONG?” right after the buzz. The round pauses, and the other team decides whether to cancel the penalty. If it is cancelled, the card comes back.
Languages
Decks are available in English, Russian and Romanian. Choose the language in the app settings (⚙). The first round in a new language can take a moment while iOS prepares speech recognition.
Purchases and Family Sharing
Bought a deck on another iPhone, or reinstalled the app? Open a locked deck and tap “Restore purchases”. “All packs forever” includes every current and future deck and works with Family Sharing.
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
