What is KERNEX?
KERNEX is a technology holding based in Chișinău, Moldova, founded in 2026. We build our own products (Datero.md, KX Estate, Klaro) and take on client work in two practices — KERNEX IT (websites and apps, SaaS, AI integrations, data analytics, technical SEO and GEO) and KERNEX Design (visual identity, brandbook, UI/UX, design systems). All in-house, under one quality bar.
What regions does KERNEX serve?
Our clients today are in Moldova and the Czech Republic, and we are ready to work with companies in Romania and the rest of the EU. The office is in Chișinău; we run projects in three languages: Romanian, Russian and English.
Can I engage only one practice?
Yes. Each practice (IT, Design) operates independently, with its own team and roadmap. Many clients start with just one — design only, or SaaS only — and expand later. There's no minimum service bundle.
What products does KERNEX build?
Our main product is Datero.md — a data platform on every legal entity in Moldova: 285,000+ companies, history from 2014, financials, scoring and a multilingual API. We also ship other SaaS and run internal AI tooling that we use ourselves before offering it to clients.
What stack does the KERNEX IT team use?
For web and SaaS we work with TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node, Python and Postgres. For AI we integrate Claude and GPT APIs directly, plus self-hosted vector stores (Postgres + pgvector) and light orchestrators (Inngest, cron + queue). For DevOps we use Vercel, AWS and Cloudflare. The final stack depends on the client's technical needs.
