What data we collect
The contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company, area of interest, budget (optional) and your message. This data reaches us by email and is used exclusively to reply to you. We don't use it for marketing, don't sell it and don't send newsletters.
Usage statistics: with your consent (the “Accept” button in the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymously how the site is used. If you decline, the site works completely normally — we simply don't count your visit.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie — kx-consent — which remembers your consent choice for 12 months.
Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you press “Accept”. Google Consent Mode defaults to “denied”.
Processors
Google (Tag Manager, Analytics) — anonymous statistics, only with consent. Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site. Resend — email delivery of form messages. Each processes data under its own data protection agreements; their infrastructure may be in the EU/US.
How long we keep data
We keep form messages for as long as needed for the conversation and business records. You can request their deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time (clear cookies or press “Refuz”). Write to hello@kernex.md — we reply within 24 working hours. You may also lodge a complaint with CNPDCP (the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova).
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. The current version always lives on this page.
