A new phone
The diary lives on your iPhone. Move it with your iPhone backup, or save a copy as a file (Settings → «Сохранить резервную копию», «Save a backup») and use «Восстановить из копии» («Restore from copy») on the new phone.

Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Ladna: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ladna. A Focus mode can hold them back.
Ladna Plus and the free week
Plus unlocks the doctor report and the week-in-detail pages. Two options: a yearly subscription that starts with a free week — it renews automatically, and you can cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions at least a day before it renews; or a one-time purchase for good. The diary, glucose, blood pressure, the plan and warning signs are always free.
Bought on another iPhone or reinstalled? Settings → Ladna Plus → Restore purchase. Plus works with Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete everything
Settings → Delete all data erases the diary and its snapshots on the phone. We have no copy.
