FAQ
How much does a custom site cost?

It depends on what it has to do. A presentation site is one thing; a platform with a catalog, payments and integrations is another. After the first conversation we give a clear estimate of what's in the first version and what we leave for the next stage.

How long does it take?

A simpler site can be ready in a few weeks; a platform with integrations and business logic takes longer. We don't sell timelines as a guarantee. We set a realistic plan once we see the scope.

Do I really need custom, not a template?

Not always. If a standard site covers your needs, we'll say so, and there's no point overpaying. Custom makes sense when you need a specific feature, integrations, or speed and control a template can't give.

Will it work with what I already use?

Usually yes. We connect card payments via MAIB, your CRM, notifications to staff and couriers, M-Sign e-signature and other systems. For Pivoteka, for example, we unified 10+ locations into one catalog with online payment and automatic notifications.

Who owns the code and data?

You do. At the end we hand over the code, the access and the data. We don't lock you in: you can continue with your own team or anyone else.

What happens after launch?

We stay available for support, fixes and new features. You can take a maintenance agreement or just call us when something comes up, with no mandatory subscription.
