Property managers and commercial landlords in Moldova keep records in Excel and with their accountant. Global systems exist, but they are English-only and know nothing about local specifics: leases, taxes, the NBM exchange rate.
What we built
We built a local system: buildings and units, leases with an automatic payment schedule, payments and arrears in several currencies at the NBM rate, deadline notifications and a tenant portal. On top sits an AI operator over MCP that understands plain-language requests.
What it does
Portfolio, payments and deadlines are visible on one screen, and the site has public calculators for rental income tax and for choosing between renting as an individual or an SRL.
