The problem

A chain owner has sales in each location's tills and cost in 1C, and the full picture appears only at month end, in a hand-built Excel sheet. Its numbers rarely match: VAT, different rates and refunds distort the margin.

What we built

The product grew out of the dashboard we built for our own retail chain, PIVOTEKA. It connects read-only to the tills and 1C, computes net revenue and margin from 1C cost, and shows which products are missing from the calculation.

What it does

In production at FITMIN, a pet-store chain, and at STEFAN'S COFFEE. The owner gets the chain's report every evening without opening a dashboard.
